About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the California crew started with their fan-favorite Stout base. They aged it for 18 months in Speyside scotch barrels before an additional 12 months of aging. And after a few years in The Bruery’s cellar, we expect this stunner to be smoother and more delicious than ever!
Tasting Notes
Enticing aromas of dried fruit, molasses, leather-bound books, and rich mahogany should perfume the air with every pour. Look for luxuriously thick sips follow, with dark chocolate and caramel tones cascading over notes of chewy date, fig, and oaky vanilla. Whispers of peat ought to blend gorgeously with hints of espresso and woody spice on a decadent finish.
