About This Beer
To craft this batch, the crew blended a Barleywine aged in Blanton's Bourbon barrels for 12 months with three different Imperial Stouts aged in Willett Family Estate, Heaven Hill, and Blanton's Bourbon Barrels for 27, 28, and 40 months, respectively.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to a beautiful melding of dark beer styles with every decadent sip. We expect stunning notes of caramel and dark fruit nuances to play against hints of roasty malts and rich fudge brownie notes. And all that time in casks should imbue the finish with intricate vanilla oak and whiskey tones while keeping the bold 15.4% ABV smooth!
