About This Beer
The Holy Mountain crew started with Maris Otter, Chocolate, and Crystal Malt for a bready base with cocoa-y accents. Roasted and flaked barley enhance the rich, toasty notes. And they hopped Black Beer with Magnum and East Kent Golding for accents of frosty grass, spicy pine, and a kiss of lemon.
Each sip is smooth and dry, delivering notes of roasty, sweet, dark bread upfront followed by a flourish of baker’s chocolate. It culminates in a clean, crisp finish with a final whirl of wood and spice.
