About This Beer
To create this ruby-hued brew, the HM team started with plenty of wheat in the base, then fermented the beer on former wine puncheons with their house mixed culture. Then they transferred the beer into another puncheon filled with locally grown cherries.
Tasting Notes
You can expect bright, tangy notes of lemon zest and hints of barrel spice. Nuances of plum and raisin hide beneath waves of tart cherry flavor, with a subtle whisper of lemon grass lingering in the finish.
