Not surprisingly, the crew at Graft drew inspiration from the world of cocktails to create this Cider. They took the Moscow Mule one step further, crafting it with ginger, lime, hibiscus, lavender, and apples, of course!

I have covid and I can’t taste much but I definitely can taste a lot of ginger. I wish there was more lime, tho. I enjoyed it.

Very lovely floral notes pair well with a kick in the face of ginger and subtle lime. Tastes more like an actual mule than a cider. Dry. Me gusta.

This is a pretty dry cider. Solid ginger flavor, but doesn't compare to a ginger beer.

Good but a little off-kilter: It either needs more tartness or more sweetness. As it is, it stands right at a spot where it’s both neither tart enough nor sweet enough.

it is dry and tart. first taste watery until that ginger hits ur pallet. smell is strong in the ginger. not a paradise beverage but tolerable
