About This Beer
To recreate the flavors of a banana split, the brewers reached for (you guessed it!) actual ice cream! Then they drizzled in plenty of chocolate and vanilla before topping this creation with real banana and strawberry!
Tasting Notes
The results taste like something from a ‘50s-style malt shop. The rich, thick-bodied brew drinks like a milkshake, with intensely fruity berry and ‘nana flavors dripping over a swirl of creamy, fudgy goodness.

I enjoyed this very much. I will say it almost has a bit of a spice to it as well which was a pleasant surprise but definitely not unwelcome. it blended very well together. When its opened, be ready to start chugging foam because it comes right out.

From the can you get a fresh strawberry banana smoothie aroma. It pours thick, & forms thick alien bubbles gradually, so don’t over pour! Cocoa nibs aroma takes over after the head is set. It taste like a sour banana split without the cherry. Ice cream 😋

Everything you expect from a Mortalis brew. Excellent strawberry and banana profile. Cacao adds a very subtle rich, sweetness and the ice cream a smooth finish.

Great example of what these types of
beers should be. Sweet but balanced with tartness. really full body, lots of fruit flavor with a bunch of banana coming through. One important note is that these types of beers need to be drank fresh. Even a couple of weeks degrades the flavor profile and things begin to separate.

Wow - first fruited smoothie sour I have ever tasted. This was very good and had all the flavors described - strawberry, banana and chocolate. Delicious!
