There's something strangely addicting about this sour. It's extremely sour, like sucking on a lemon. I ended up mixing it with tonic water and it created a whole new experience, but still felt incomplete. It could be mixed with...something else? I can't quite figure it out. It tastes like the base to an amazing cocktail
Good sour with underlying presence of oak
Pucker up - this is way tart. Too tart for me, really.
Tastes exactly like frozen boysenberries.
VERY tarte. A little too much for me. I had to cut it with simple syrup
Super tart, fantastic
Tart, refreshing, nice bite
Nice and fruity!
It’s sour and sweet and plays tricks on the tongue. However, the fact that this brewery makes much better beer than this left me a little bit disappointed. But, it’s a nice treat after a hard Wednesday!
Love the tartness and hint of barnyard funk. Excellent sour.
I was hooked by the first taste! I’m always looking for something to match the level of “Sour” one can bring. I grew up around the block from one of two gas stations in my little Texas town, and after school my friends and I went to this little “Ice Box” and we would pull out all of our collected “silver” change and buy as many of these little 5¢ sour candies as we could. We tried to aim for buying the same # of flavors each as there were in our little candy hooligan group and then split them up there would be 1-2 of each flavor for each of us. Warheads and other sour candies could never compete with this little local corner gas stations owners amazing find for the shelf. So when I took that first taste and my face puckered for the first time like it did when I was young it took me back, and then all the mellow sweet tones and the body came like a wave shortly after. I RECOMMEND YOU BUY THEM ALL! I have and let me say it’s an amazing set to have and enjoy!
