About This Beer
The brewers started by aging their beloved base in Heaven Hill barrels for 18 months. Then they loaded it with toasted pecans, salted caramel, vanilla beans, and graham crackers to expertly recreate the classic confection. It’s so spot on, I’d take it over the real thing!
Tasting Notes
Notes of whiskey-infused caramel cascade over roasty chocolate malts, with maple-pecan nuances folding into the back end. A sprinkle of salt accentuates all those flavors, burying all traces of the massive 14.5% ABV.
