About This Beer
The Skookum crew started with a rich base brewed with rye malt for a little spiced sweetness. Then they aged it in Willet whiskey barrels for a year until it brimmed with decadent oak tones.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of chewy date and bourbon caramel cascade through every thick sip. Whispers of creme anglaise and woody spice balance out the decadent sticky toffee pudding flavors for a deliciously complex quaff. All that intricacy expertly hides the 11% ABV.
