About This Beer
To create this cocktail-inspired beer, the brewers at Alpha Acid started with their thick, rich Barrel Constrictor base. Then they aged it in a peated single malt barrel from 10 Street Distillery and infused it with Luxardo cherries and aromatic bitters.
Tasting Notes
And in Alpha Acid’s skilled hands, we’re expecting some truly exceptional flavors! Look for malty chocolate and a touch of roastiness balanced against bright cherry notes and the warming spice of Angostura. Hints of smoky whiskey from the barrels should round things out beautifully!
