The craft giants at Mountains Walking aged their Stout base in Henry McKenna bourbon barrels for 24 months, then conditioned the brew with coffee beans, macadamia nuts, and coconut.
Pouring a glass is like tucking into some bourbon-spiked dark roast alongside a chocolate-dipped coconut macaroon. The nuts add rich, tropical smoothness to the darkly roasty brew and every full-bodied nip finishes with the sweet, boozy notes of oak and whiskey.
