About This Beer

To craft Barrel Aged Space Ice Cream, they started with a decadent blend of Imperial Stouts aged two years in bourbon barrels. Then they layered it with chocolate wafers and vanillas beans for nebulas of decadent dessert flavor. But it’s the freeze-dried ice cream that really rockets the sip to authentic-astronaut-experience levels.

Tasting Notes

Silky cascades of dark chocolate and bourbon caramel orbit nuances of oaky custard on every velvety swig. Hints of espresso and baking spice add delicious complexity for an out-of-this-world sip. Low-medium body and medium carbonation. Coffee, chocolate, and caramel make way to hints of vanilla, charred oak, and baking spices. Definitely let this one come up in temperature for the best experience.
