About This Beer
To create this cozy sipper, EQ and 3 Sons started by aging the base Stout for 16 months in Willett and Barton bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on cacao nibs, toasted coconut, and Mostra Ghost Bear Coffee, amplifying its richness.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting notes of coconut macaroons, fudgy chocolate, and cold brew coffee drizzled in caramel to course throughout the sip. All that time in oak should make for a dynamic finish, with lingering hints of warming whiskey and wood char. And coming from these two incredible brewers, that BIG ABV should be nice and smooth!
