About This Beer
Streetside and their friends at 450 North began by aging a rich, Imperial Pastry Stout in New Riff bourbon barrels for 24 months to absorb luxurious nuances of toffee and oak. Then they conditioned the brew on almonds, pecans, toasted and raw coconut, cacao nibs, coffee, AND vanilla.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating a velvety body featuring flavors like a bite of coffee cake paired with a perfectly-pulled mocha. Roasty notes of baking cocoa and espresso ought to accentuate the nutty and ‘nilla tones, while ribbons of whiskey caramel tie it all together.
