About This Beer
The craft scientists at Equilibrium started by blending two velvety base Stouts aged for 25 months in Weller and Taconic bourbon barrels. Then they wrapped it all up in decadence with additions of pistachios, pecans, coconut, marshmallow, and Madagascar vanilla.
Mouth-watering notes of chocolate-covered nuts ripple through the sip, swirling alongside creamy coconut and ‘mallow nuances. A light kiss of whiskey and oaky vanilla accentuates the sweetness, creating a sublime depth of flavor usually reserved for the final course at a 5-star restaurant.
