About This Beer
To craft this showstopper, the brewers started with a rich Imperial Stout and barrel aged it for luxurious whiskey nuances you won’t find in your average b-day dessert. Then, as the name suggests, they conditioned it on eight different adjuncts — peanut butter, salted caramel, walnuts, bananas, chocolate fudge, marshmallows, pretzels, and actual birthday cake.
Tasting Notes
Decadent notes of bananas foster and rocky road ice cream cascade into flavors of peanut butter pretzels and vanilla cake on every thick swig. Hints of bourbon should add a touch of toffee, baking spice, and oaky complexity.
