About This Beer
The duo started by aging a rich, cocoay base for 24 months in New Riff bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on marshmallows and graham crackers for all the flavors of a s’more before amping it up with bananas and peanut butter.
Tasting Notes
We’re anticipating a creamy sip brimming with all the profound nuances of a confection straight outta Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. Look for deep, velvety currents of dark chocolate and whiskey caramel cascading over sumptuous banana cream complexities. Hints of cinnamon and barrel spice should grow as it warms.
