For the 2025 version, the brewers let their lauded base mature for 26-31 months in a combination of Willet Bourbon, Willet Wheated Bourbon, Reclamation Rye, Willet Rye, and Wild Turkey Rare Breed barrels!
Tasting Notes
Look forward to the classically complex notes of Mexican hot chocolate coming from the base’s adjuncts of cacao nibs, milk sugar, vanilla beans, ancho chiles, and cinnamon. And we expect those spiced fudge and caramel nuances to meld beautifully with the vanilla oak and char character coming from Perennial’s hand-selected barrels.
