About This Beer
To craft Bananabockus, the Fonta Flora crew started with a rich, dark base brewed with wheat for those signature weisse tones. And they aged it in second-use bourbon barrels, soaking it in nuances of vanilla oak.
Tasting Notes
Decadent caramel tones cascade over nuances of banana bread, wheat toast, and dried plum on every swig. Hints of coriander and clove carry underneath, gorgeously blending into barrel spice and the malty backbone, never giving a hint of the 8% ABV.
