About This Beer
To craft this masterpiece, the Alma Mader crew started with a blend of Imperial Stouts aged in Willett bourbon barrels for 22 months. Then they conditioned the mix on hand-toasted macadamia nuts, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, plus Madagascar and Ugandan vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Decadent dark chocolate tones cascade over creme brûlée and nutty sweetness on every sumptuous swig. Hints of whiskey caramel and barrel spice add an oaky decadence for a sip like a bourbon-kissed chocolate macadamia cookie.
