A Note on This Beer
Everyone always talks about Costco muffins, but the churros are where it’s really at. Soft and creamy on the inside, gently crispy on the outside, and smothered in cinnamon-sugar — half the time I skip shopping entirely and dive straight into sweet spice bliss at the food court.
Now More Brewing is bringing some stiff competition. These skilled Illinois brewers created a luscious Imperial Pastry Stout that tastes like a freshly-baked churro thanks to additions of vanilla and cinnamon.
And get this — they conditioned the brew on heaps of cacao nibs! It’s a chocolate-drizzled churro!
Plus it all clocks in at a massive 14% ABV!
The finished beer brims with cinnamony goodness, wrapped in melty cocoa that restrains the booze to a pleasant buzz. Once you get a taste of this dessert masterpiece, you might want to save that trip to the food court for another day.
