A Note on This Beer
Preparing for a fantastic Fall of Bavarian brew-ha?
Whether you pair today’s Altbier with Schnitzel, Würst, or a lovely salted Brezel, you can yodel in glee with this amber-hued traditional Bier!
See, the Altbier is one of the oldest styles in Germany’s storied history of beer making. Altbiers use yeasts commonly seen in Ales. However, they’re fermented in a cooler atmosphere (like Lagers). The result: Rheinland’s classic style of malty brew goodness!
Block 15’s version is true-to-style, with a malty profile, ester notes of black cherry, and plenty of honey-drizzled bread flavors. It’s ideal for sipping in a circle of friends, as you compare your lederhosen and listen to your favorite oompah music.
While Oktoberfest may be cancelled in Munich this year, you won’t have to worry. With Block 15’s Altbier in your fridge, you and your beer loving friends can celebrate the lovely tradition of drinking dang good beer!
