According to The Infatuation, Unseen Creatures is brewing “the most interesting beers in Miami!” They’re celebrated for brewing with wild yeasts and local ingredients, and by using well-known ingredients in unexpected ways.

The crew brewed Alone Up Here with Simcoe, then went back and dry hopped it using Strata and Hallertau Blanc –a hop that’s ordinarily found in Lagers and Pales– for extra aromatic punch.
