About This Beer
Omnipollo and Moksa started with a blend of Imperial Stout aged in rye barrels for 24 months and bourbon barrels for 40 months. Then they conditioned it on “the most obscene amount” of vanilla, including 8 varieties: Vanuatu Volcanic, Ugandan Planifolia, Tahitian Tahaa, Comoros King Size, Papua New Guinea Morobe Province, Madagascan Pompona, and Madagascan Black Planifolia Vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
With each sip packing huge waves of creamy custard, caramel, mocha, and nougat nuances, it’s easy to see why fans on Untappd can’t stop singing All The Vanilla’s praises. Not to mention, the lingering whiskey-oak and rye spice tones leave behind barely any trace of that super smooth ABV.
