A Note on This Beer
Adroit Theory is back at it with their deliciously depraved, GABF award-winning brewing skills. This time, they’re ensnaring the senses in delightfully sinful, caramelized, roasted malts, tangy-sweet dried berries, and rich velvet creaminess.
What is this black magic, you ask? Why, it’s Adroit’s Belgian Quadrupel divination, All I See Is Carrion! It’s back — and as dark, bold, and lovely as ever!
This fresh rebrew is malt forward, with burnt sugar Belgian esters, dried cherry, fig, and date sweetness, wrapped up in a remarkably creamy, full body. It tastes like a slice of decadent, flourless, dark chocolate torte, smothered in a syrup of boozy, flambéed cherries and raspberries, and finished with a dusting of semi-sweet cocoa powder. With a side of melty, vanilla bean-flecked ice cream, of course!
These wicked-good flavors easily hide its downright depraved 12% ABV, too, so it should be savored slowly to avoid committing any more sinful behavior.
But, the only true mistake? Not grabbing a couple cans for yourself from our small, 60 case stash!
PorchDrinking, the Colorado Sun, and The Beer Travel Guide all put Adroit on their lists of must-try breweries!
*Adroit recommends keeping these cans cold for the optimal drinking experience!

Not my favorite. Quads aren’t my favorite though
Pretty goddamn amazing, not a big fan of Belgian style or Belgian yeast but overall this was a hitter. 100% my kind of sipper, don’t feel it was a 12% but I enjoyed it
Wow! A very good blend of flavors and very smooth! I would buy again.
Oh holy crap. That’s a very nice Belgian Quad! Very dark, very rich! I miss traveling to DC every week for work, where Adroit Theory is available in stores.
One of the better Belgian Quads I've had. Rich & dark in color, wasn't expecting that. Smooth, yet super boozy. Well balance of flavors. Love the can art and the pairing tips provided. Tried 2 out of the 3..pretty on point! Wish I had gotten a 2nd can.
Great caramel and toffee sweetness.
Bomber from Tavour. Bottle number 2476 out of 3000. Poured into Westmalle chalice, dark, ruddy brown, with an initial one finger beige creamy head. Aroma and taste are spot on, brown sugar and molasses , prunes, raisins and figs, and then dome dark chocolate. Creamy feel, does not seem boozy. On the money.
Wonderful cherry/raisin flavor. Had a very appealing dryness. Very drinkable
I don’t get much Belgian yeast character out of this but it’s definitely malty. Overall, a pretty good quad.
Excellent quad, true to type, reminiscent of Straffe Hendrik.
Exactly what expect from Belgian Quad
Nice malty flavors with a slight bitterness. Sweetness is very subtle but no real cocoa or chocolate notes.
Typical quad flavors - some cherry and raisins and maltiness. Easy drinking for the ABV
Massive barrel brandy with tons of banana notes. Drinks smoothly but has a nice boozy kick
One of my favorites
Excellent example of a belgian quad with a nice unusual dry-finish at the end. Adroit continues to impress as few others can. Easily my new favorite brewery of 2020/2021
Clean cherry cacao and sooo smooth
Smooth dried Cherry.
Dried cherry and coco. I love it! Brilliant beer.
The boozy was a little on the much and felt like it drowned the other notes but it still overall was a nice done beer
Wow. Don’t like Belgian beers but this is solid!!!
Just a bit flat
12/29/20 Straight up flambéd bananas foster 🍌🔥
Smokiness to the aroma. Definite booziness in this one. A slight tart cherry or plum dancing on the palate. I’m seeing stars!
