About This Beer
To make it, Burial teamed up with their fellow Carolinians at Fonta Flora and Salud Cerveceria, and conditioned a thick base on toasted cherry wood, cherry blossoms, maraschino liqueur-aged vanilla bean, and Andres Cardona sweet cherry co-fermented coffee.
Tasting Notes
We’re looking for robust chocolate and caramel tones swirling throughout the sip. Undercurrents of espresso should conjure ribbons of mocha on the palate, while artisanal cherry cordial notes and a whisper of tannic oak add to the melange of opulence. All while keeping the 14% ABV nice and smooth.
