About This Beer

Back in old Athens, the Greek gods breathed a fresh, pure, air-like substance fit for their eternal lungs. Now the Olympians at Mortalis have crafted an Aether for us mere mortals to inhale!

The brewers gave this Imperial IPA refreshing, zesty nuances of grapefruit and tangerine by hopping it with Citra, NZ Cascade, and Riwaka, while Mosaic adds layers of sweet blueberry and resinous complexity.

Tasting Notes

Within each citrusy sip, this juicy Hazy bursts with bright aromas of passion fruit and pine. With its balanced bitterness and dank finish, this is a brew the Mt. Olympus crew wouldn’t hesitate to gulp down.

Tropical and citrusy hop aroma and flavor but seems a bit sweet from the Riwaka. Medium bodied and fairly smooth. 🇺🇸🇮🇱
