Very sweet taste the coffee notes stand out the most
Excellent coffee brew.
Cocoa and coffee nose, luscious mouth feel, and rum warmth. Very smooth
Could use a little more coffee to offset sweetness, but great mouthfeel. Solid beer for sure!
Love the rum flavor. Lots of raw cocoa flavor.
Good coffee flavor
Great flavor, smooth but not too sweet. Did taste the rum nice change for a stout.
Oh, heavens. This is an amazing stout. Sweet and filling- the chocolate and coffee are all right there. And though it is boozy, it isn't overwhelmingly so. Just a marvelous end to the evening!
Says 13% but kinda tastes like 20% lol rum flavor is strong and sticks with you. maple flavor is there on the back end.
Not cloying, a nice solid pastry stout with subtle chocolate and coffee tastes. Good with chocolate cookies
Cocoa dominates with maple and coffee in the background. The rum calms down as it warms.
Damn!!! RUM, COCOA, MOUTHFEEL!
Amazing chocolate hints, hardly tell its 13%
Solid. I was surprisingly impressed with this one
Great strong tasting stout.
Cocoa and maple! Fabulous Stout!!
I was surprised how sweet it was after the first sip, but this is a really good stout. Probably one of the best I’ve had.
Sweet creamy taste. Taste the maple syrup quickly, rum notes come through towards the end. Very enjoyable and if you want that quick “shot”, this one hits the mark. Definitely will have again.
This is a great stout , the maple and mix of notes made it an enjoyable drink.
Great sweet tasting stout with chocolate / coffee
Not great for spring
Sweet from the maple. Stout from The stout. I don’t taste coconut now but I def did the first time. Maybe this isn’t good after the Fremont.
Not my favorite stout. Couldn't pick up much of the barrel. It was fine.
Superb big taste big abv
