Acai What You Did There
Destination Unknown Beer Company
A Note on This Beer
Destination Unknown’s latest Fruited Sour has all the flavors I love in my favorite Acai bowl recipe:
Step One: Pour a generous amount of acai berry puree into your breakfast bowl.
Step Two: Stir in plenty of juicy blueberries and a handful of hearty granola.
Step Three: Toss in slices of frozen banana and tart strawberries.
Step Four: Drizzle honey, sprinkle coconut flakes, and enjoy!
The brewers packed Acai What You Did There with all these deliciously sweet and tart ingredients, and Sour fans are giving it a whopping 4.20 UT-rating! Just listen to the standing ovation they’re giving this brew online:
- “Berry berry nice! Sweet and sour. Nice balance of flavors.” @Bill R.
- “This is really good. Great color and a cascade of flavors.” @Matt S.
- “Deeelicious. Supreme sour *clap emoji*” @Erica M.
Destination Unknown keeps these refreshing fruity flavors going all day long with this Acai bowl flavored brew. And whether you love that breakfast treat, or just love a tasty Sour, this is a can’t miss!

Granola is where it’s at. This one was lighter and more bubbly than expected.
On a empty stomach this had me feeling swell for sure!
Best sour I’ve had. That coconut note did it for me
Yo this one was a steal! Tastes like straight breakfast. Makes me think of strawberry jam and waffles, but in a glass? Home run
Best sour I’ve ever had. I love all the nuances of different flavors! Glad I ordered a few!
My favorite beer from Tavour so far, great job!
Really nailed the açaí bowl taste! A great entry into the fruited sour canon
There’s a lot going on here, kind of hard to pick each adjunct out but comes together nicely. Flavor falls off pretty quick on the backend.
Honestly, probably my least favorite out of my crate. The flavors kind of clashed so it made everything a bit less flavorful.
Delicious!! Flavors just dance off your tastebuds so effortlessly. Great fruited sour!! Highly enjoyed this one
Not a lot of flavor, great color and smell.
One of the best sours I have ever had. The fruit and tartness blended so beautifully. Regretting only buying one :(
Was a little disappointed in this brew. All of the flavors kind of meshed together. Was super hard to differentiate what was what in the flavor profile.
Amazing flavor quality!
Pretty disappointing for 4.3%
A lot of the flavors blended very well, could drink this with breakfast!
Super sour, almost bitter and flavors indistinguishable.
Not overpowering sour. Good full taste
Excellent sour, all the flavors came through
Tasted like vinegar...
Tart berry sour. Not getting any other adjuncts. Acidic. Wheaty finish.
Very thin and tart, would not repurchase
Not as thick as I wanted and a little to crazy with the flavors nothing seemed to focus in
Disappointment of the year. Not a bad beer, but none of the exciting flavors it lists really come through. Tastes a bit like blueberries and if you think about it really hard you can find some granola.
Not as flavorful as I had hoped, but still tasted great!
Loved the combination of fruit favors. This was a great tasting sour with a lot of dimension.
Unfortunately not impressed. I was expecting an abundance of flavors to create a great profile but I never found what I was looking for.
Delicious fruited sour! Really has all the subtle notes of Açaí bowl.
Açaí what you did there but I didn’t like it
Almost like a sour fruit and yogurt parfait
This is one of the best sours I’ve tried to date. I’m glad I ordered 2!
Good flavor, really strong banana smell which put me off a bit. But no strong banana flavor.
Absolutely perfect beer for a summer day. They nailed the açaí bowl taste and it plays very well with the sourness and acidity.
Not as much flavor as I was expecting
A bit muddled at first but eventually the flavors seemed to meld together and was quite enjoyable
Total miss for me, poured and smelled great but I didn’t really get half of the flavor notes, it definitely tasted more like a straight up Ale with slight hints of Banana and Blueberry.
This beer is excellent. The coconut and honey balance the sour of the fruit. Big fan.
My only regret is not buying more this beer is outstanding
This beer did a great job of portraying the acai bowl and all of the flavors involved.
It definitely is an acai bowl in a can but it tastes too fizzy and acidic in my opinion. More of a kombucha than a beer it seems like.
Delicious sour! You can smell the banana, but it isn’t overpowered by banana flavors which I can appreciate. Tastyyyy!
