About This Beer
pFriem began this beauty with a soft, mixed culture Farmhouse Ale subtly hopped with aged Czech Saaz and matured in French oak barrels for 10 months. Then they conditioned the brew with 2.7 lbs per gallon of fresh apricots grown by their friends at Gunkel Orchards.

Tasting Notes
Each dry pour overflows with an aromatic tanginess that hints at the notes of funk and stone fruit to come. On the soft sip, nuances of dried and underripe apricots weave through hay and horse blanket tones, along with flourishes of lemon pith, cantaloupe, and pineapple.
