A Note on This Beer
Today’s beer takes the meaning of “collaboration” to a whole new level. It’s the result of an entire quadfecta of Chicago area breweries!
Leaning into the region’s rich beer history, Black Horizon Brewing, Englewood Brews, Skeleton Key Brewery, and Whiskey Hill Brewing are all small-batch breweries known for their mastery of different beer styles. Perhaps more importantly, all four breweries are strong pillars of their local communities, helping to revamp older neighborhoods and bring people together through a mutual love of craft.
Their powers unite into one incredible beer — a Belgian-style that defines ‘easygoing.’ True to the Table Beer’s reputation, A Seat at the Table is effortlessly smooth and drinkable, while swimming in surprising complexity. It’s similar to a Blonde Ale, replete with nuances of malty bread crust, mild fruit, and hints of yeasty funk.
Prepare for a floral-citrus nose and nips of peach on the palate, all leading to a crisp, softly tangy finish. Most of all, prepare for a true taste of Chicago craft.
Think you can find this sipper any day in Chicago? Think again. The brewers teamed up to craft A Seat at the Table as a special limited release for Barrel & Flow Fest 2021 in Pittsburgh!
