A Note on This Beer

There’s nothing better than cracking open A Nu Start!

The glorious, liquid gold waiting inside these cans is the beginning of a new hoppy adventure from the Texas tastemakers at Turning Point. This is the very first time they’ve released a double dry-hopped version of their original 4.22 UT-rated Triple IPA!

That means twice as much epic aroma and flavor from Azacca, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 Hops. You’ll be swimming down rivers of vibrant orange juice, wading through pools of drippy mango nectar, climbing mountains of juicy pineapple chunks and honeyed apricot.

The body is creamy and lush, with a glowing haze that packs notes of bittersweet evergreen. It’s so refreshing, you’ll be tempted to guzzle the entire can, but sip lightly: this hopbomb boasts a sneaky 10.2% ABV!

With this Texas team behind the brew, it’s a delicious new adventure you won’t soon forget, either. The Beer Travel Guide credits Turning Point with making “the best IPA we’ve ever had from Texas!”

The best part though? Just crack the tab on a new can, and A Nu Start begins all over again!

Absolutely amazing tropical/pineapple flavor. Great ddh flavor. Very drinkable especial considering it's a tipa, and bot a very detectable abv. The juiciness is real.

I get the juicy mango notes but seem to be missing the pineapple I had hoped for. Still delicious and shockingly juicy!

Hazy, tropical, floral, whisps of booze, hoppy, sweet, and soft, with more licks.

Love the reference on this beer. Drinks exceptionally smooth. And tasty to boot! I think I blue myself while drinking it.

I’m not an IPA guy but I still go out on a limb and get them anyway whenever they pop up and sound good in the description, this one I didn’t necessarily have high hopes for but it was definitely a lot better than I expected, had a full bodied flavor with a nice Aquinas mix with the fruit and sweetness it was an all-around good beer, I did have to add just a touch of orange juice to mellow it out a little bit but other than that it’s a pretty well rounded beer
