About This Beer
The celebrated Belgian brouwerij crafted it by macerating hand-picked, whole sour cherries for nearly seven months in complex, three- and four-year-old Lambics. And the final blend works out to a staggering 4 lb of fruit per gallon!
Tasting Notes
Pour a glass and the bright natural carbonation carries tangy cherry jam aromas up to your nose. The sip follows, blooming into pops of tart, jammy, and vinous red fruit. Hints of raspberry and red currant accentuate the stone fruit nuances while barnyard funk supports it all with hay and horse blanket undertones.
