About This Beer
To craft it, the crew blended three barrels of Stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months, one barrel of Munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel, and one barrel of Barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to lip-smacking Mounds bar notes coursing throughout the velvety sip. Creme brûlée, espresso, and a touch of dark fruit tones should usher the palate toward sophisticated layers of tannic oak and top shelf whiskey on the finish.
