For this one, the crew at Burley Oak started with a pillow-soft NEIPA base, then triple dry hopped it exclusively with 100% Nelson Sauvin Hops.
Tasting Notes
Succulent smacks of stone fruit, overripe melon, and fresh citrus cascade into notes of white grape. A touch of pith and pine follow, bringing a balancing bitter bite that obscures the bold 8.5% ABV.
