About This Beer
To create this thirst-quenching brew, the folks at EP pulled out all the stops. They used a carefully curated blend of select Bohemian malts and Czech Saaz Hops. Then, they fermented very cold with a unique strain of Lager yeast isolated from a microbrewery in Pilsen, Czech Republic. Finally, they conditioned the brew at precisely 33 degrees for a solid 8 weeks!
Every sip sings with beautiful nuances of sourdough bread crust, clover honey, and hints of snappy white grape. It all culminates in a cracker-crisp, invigorating finish that cools right to the core.

Flavorful but goes down smooth
this was one of the best beers I’ve had from Tavour.
As usual, Elder Pine crushed it. This one tastes as described, slightly bready, crisp, and very refreshing. It's everything I can do to not slam every one of these down in one day.
Creamy head, floral aroma, bread crust taste with a hint of clover honey, crisp, clean, and refreshing.
Crisp and easy drinking pils.
