How do I join Tavour+?
Tavour+ is an invite-only program for our biggest craft beer supporters. If you're invited, you can join Tavour+ by going to your profile and clicking the Settings icon in the upper right corner. From there, click Manage your Tavour+ membership under General to become a member.
How much does it cost to join Tavour+ or to renew my membership?
Tavour+ is $119 + tax/annually. If you are just joining Tavour+, you will be charged on your membership join date. If you are renewing your Tavour+ membership, you will not be charged until the last day of your current membership.
What sort of benefits come with my Tavour+ membership?
There are tons of benefits to being a Tavour+ member - unlimited free shipping on crates with 12+ beers, early access to all releases on Tavour, exclusive Tavour+ beers, and first access to waitlist beers.
How do I know if my crate qualifies for free shipping?
As long as you have 12+ brews in your open crate, the shipping fee will be automatically waived! You can see if your crate ships fro free on your crate page.
What happens if I don't want to become a Tavour+ member?
If you decide to forego Tavour+ membership, your Tavour experience will remain unchanged!
Can I cancel my Tavour+ membership?
For a 100% refund, you are able to cancel your membership within 72 hours. After 72 hours, your Tavour+ membership is non-refundable.
