Business Development Manager

About Us:

Tavour is a craft beer marketplace empowering thousands of small and medium sized breweries to self-manage their marketing and distribution. We are the first true tech enabled marketplace in a large category which creates immense opportunity for scale and growth.

We are looking for a entry-level business development manager to grow strategic accounts in a US region. You can be responsible for a book of business within 6 months directly impacting the company’s KPIs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales/marketing graduates to learn how to build and grow data-driven business development pipelines.

Position Description/Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential accounts
  • Source and grow accounts through a variety of business development strategies
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with varying tiers of clients
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual business goals
  • Identify hindrances to business growth and systematically develop plans to address them through product (technology) or process changes
  • Become an expert in your clients’ needs to help develop business strategies that enable clients’ success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with one or more data processing tools and technologies (SQL, Excel, etc.)
  • Must live in the Greater Seattle Area and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Some experience in business development is preferred but not necessary
