Bookkeeper: Compliance & Licensing

We are looking for an individual with a problem-solving mindset who can produce accurate results in a highly ambiguous environment.  

Someone who can quickly and objectively reflect on the success and failures while driving the business forward.  

Someone who is incredibly detailed with a high sense of ownership while showing compassion and empathy for consumers and the complex topic at hand, compliance management, and tax and production management.  

A great Business Manager of Compliance will create scalable programs with little to no guidance, have high ethical standards, and work diligently to complete duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business.  

About the job:

Job Functions:

• Maintain compliance around license renewals, tax filings, and production reporting per state per time period
• Maintain records on behalf of customers with the ability to recall quickly and accurately
• Create a loop with state regulatory agencies to ensure compliance every 6 months
• Manage the out of state brewery bbl limitations by state

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree
• Must live in the greater Seattle Area and be authorized to work in the U.S.
