Account Executive

Tavour, a fast-growing retail startup in Seattle, is looking for an Account Executive with strong analytical skills, who is self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, who is excited by identifying and solving problems.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing a high volume of requests
  • Communicating effectively to all necessary parties (external vendors, internal team members, freight companies, etc.)
  • Building tools to make your job more efficient
  • Building rapport through phone calls with breweries while finding the best products on the market
  • Buying product and closely monitoring trends, inventory levels, and future purchases
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Working closely with data to determine priorities for purchasing products and understanding the outcome of each purchase
  • Working effectively with other departments to collaborate and focus on creating the best possible client experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Solid experience in analyzing data
  • Experience in making decisions based on data
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Must live in the greater Seattle Area and be authorized to work in the U.S
