Smooth, sweet, bitter, dry-hopped.
hoppy and honey
Juicy, hoppy, minimal bitterness. Tasty.
ok but I was expecting something better
well rounded but didn’t stand out
So juicy and hoppy; extremely enjoyable
hoppy and fruity
Can definitely taste the El Dorado but nothing special
Light for an Imperial, crisp on the nose and palate. Pithy aftertaste is splendid
Amazing as usual, this bread combo is sticky and a little syrupy at first, but then fades to a malty pine that lingers slightly boozey. Allows both the bread and IPA to shine, without overpowering one or the other.
I expected better from Trillium. This beer has the green-burn flavor and harshness of way too much pellet hops in the dry hop. This is an error you commonly see with breweries who aren't anywhere near New England and have never really been exposed to Tree House and their ilk, but Trillium knows better than to put something like this out. At least, I thought they did. Poured this one out.
Bake & Break was really good
