Salute 2 Mosaic
Gun Hill Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
My fellow Hopheads, please rise for the Hop Salute. Today’s guest of honor: Mosaic Hops.
Breweries everywhere feature the papaya-like potency of Mosaic Hops as a critical component in their IPAs. From Sierra Nevada to Mikkeller, they craft single-hop Mosaic brews to highlight its unique flavors.
And to be totally blunt, you’re not a real hophead unless you’ve tried a single-hop Mosaic IPA.
And even if you have, you’re not living until you’ve tasted a single-hop Mosaic IPA from the GABF Award-winners at New York’s Gun Hill Brewing!
Get a taste of today’s 9.3% ABV Salute 2 Mosaic Triple Dry Hopped Imperial IPA, and you’ll experience the juicy glory of Mosaic Hops in a way unlike any other.
Brewed using 154 lbs of Mosaic hops per batch, Salute 2 Mosaic is a punch-you-in-the-face kind of single-hop salute. It oozes with tropical Mosaic majesty, delivering wave after wave of dank mango and papaya.
The thick yellow pour wafts with aromas of fresh-crushed blueberries and strong, bitter pine. Knock back a sip, and experience a swirl of passionfruit and tropical fruit punch, mixed with subtle herbs and a bitter earthy bite.
The only way you could get closer to Mosaic Hops would be to eat a fistful of 'em straight off the fresh, green vine. But trust me, they’re gonna be a lot juicier in this beer.
