Black Project Spontaneous & Wild Ales
A Note on This Beer
The intelligence office at Tavour announced today that they’ve come into possession of ROSWELL: Bluebook, a Lambic-inspired Ale that’s as rare a sight in most states as a flying saucer!
The beer was recovered at Black Project Spontaneous & Wild Ales in the Denver vicinity, after eyewitnesses reported a new Lambic fermented with real guava and berries on the premises.
Even though Black Project beers are scarce outside of Denver, the brewery adorns multiple GABF Medals and is one of Food & Wine’s 25 Essential Colorado Breweries.
After heading to the Mile High City and sneaking a sip of this vibrantly tropical and tangy Lambic, Tavour intelligence officials quietly secured a small stash just for their members.
Despite efforts to remain quiet, this new brew is already creating a buzz around the craft community. With an out-of-this-world 4.32 UT-rating, possessing even a single bottle is said to immediately up the holder’s craft cred. Rumor has it that some fans even throw top-secret, alien-themed parties just for new Black Project releases!
According to unidentified early tasters, Bluebook drips with sweet juicy guava, tangy raspberry and jammy blackberry. The 6.7% ABV makes for easy sipping that lets the juiciness and funk shine through.
How long Bluebook will be available to the Tavour public remains to be seen. Every time Tavour officials get their hands on a top-secret Black Project brew, it disappears faster than a shooting star.
Tavour Civilian Public Service Notice:
