High Water Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
High Water Brewing doesn’t shy from sour, and their barrel aged Petit Saison Fall Ale delivers a pronounced puckering effect that’ll outlast your drinking experience. Real blueberries and citrusy Lemondrop Hops mingle for a tart sipper that reverberates on the palate. It’s like someone charged you up with sour electricity.
Dry-hopped after aging in wine barrels for 3 to 4 months, High Water uses white wine barrels to impart silky notes of vanilla and oak. The added zip of Brett and Lacto cultures provides bold lemony depth and dry finish to the Saison’s lively profile. Then they select Lemondrop Hops for the dry-hopping process to draw out additional lemon-citrus zest with an herbaceous tint and none of the bitterness.
From dessert-emulating Darks to creative fruity Sours like Petit Saison Fall Ale, High Water is on a never-ending mission to deliver palate-rousing beers. Seek out today’s spin through the lemon grove and get your sour fix.
