Zipline Brewing Co
A Note on This Beer
I always mean to order something new when I hit up my local coffee shop. But then, I see “latte” on the board and all I can think about is delicious dark roast wrapped in frothy cream!
Though thanks to Zipline Brewing, I might finally branch out. I just indulged in their luscious 10% ABV Latte Imperial Stout, and now I’m not sure any regular latte will ever match up!
This boozy brew sips down velvety soft, with rich, lingering waves of freshly ground espresso, drippy mocha, and sweet cream. That’s because the brewers stacked it to the rafters with vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and lactose!
And, get this, my fellow latte-heads: this Imperial Stout also happens to be the very first edition of Zipline’s Black Label Series, a lineup promising intense, real world-inspired flavors. It’s ultra-limited, too — they only made 100 cases total of today’s beer!
Forty of those cases are right here on Tavour. Will you be quick enough to order while the exclusive coffee shop is open?

Perfect amount of coffee!
Very well balanced coffee flavor.
Zipline did one helluva a job with this one. The balance and cohesion of this brew is superior. Uber drinkable; alcohol is well hidden. IMO, the only thing holding this back from world class status the lack of mouthfeel and body. It has some body, but needs more. Imagine this beer with a milkshake or velvety mouthfeel. It’s a really good beer, bordering greatness. A pleasure to drink nonetheless.
Nice, well rounded Stout! Subtle, sweet coffee notes are superb.
Great beer! Taste just as you would think from a latte flavor beer. 👍🏼
A little thicker like a latte and it’s perfect. Great taste though. Love the booziness.
Boozy but not overpowering. Very good
Very tasty stout base with coffee flavors that hit up front. Vanilla is very light and a gentle bitterness lingers at the end.
This beer’s taste is that of a dark espresso coffee with a mild hoppy aftertaste. It’s good...
Subtle sweetness. Very tasty
I’m must be missing something - not getting that coffee flavor as I thought I would. Leaves me feeling like I’m missing out on something.
This grew on me a bit but for something named Latte Stout I expected it to be somewhat less bitter on the initial taste. It mellows a hit as it goes but didn’t have that lush creamy taste that I expected based on the name.
Solid coffe stout and love the sweet, creamy touch to balance out the coffee bite
not getting much coffee flavor
Very smooth. Definitely great.
starts out smooth then deepens as you drink
average stout, didn't get much flavor out of it
A little too bitter
