Trap Door Brewing
A Note on This Beer
Lager. It’s what’s for dinner. And maybe breakfast, if you’re watching football all day. Or out fishing. Or, it’s a holiday, and your in-laws show up at 10 AM for some reason.
Really any occasion when you’re looking for something you can sip hour after hour calls for a crisp, clean, crushable Lager. But, as a serious beer lover, you don’t want some watery crap that’s been sitting on a shelf in your grocery store for who knows how long. You want something that actually tastes good!
And you can only get it from skilled brewers, like the crew at Trap Door.
In the last two years, this family-run brewery has won a whopping 7 medals at the Washington Beer Awards. So we trust these guys to make the kind of Lager that’ll get you through a long day, because they’re totally dedicated to quality.
They use local grains from Washington’s Skagit Valley — all produced by small, family-run farms — and hops from the famed Willamette Valley in Oregon. They even use a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis system to ensure that all the water they use to brew is sparkling clean!
And when you take a sip of Laser Cats Foggy Lager, you’ll taste all that effort.
This slightly cloudy, unfiltered brew absolutely shines across the palate with biscuity malts and a touch of dank citrus from Nelson Sauvin and Ella Hops. Classic Hallertau Blanc Hops add a whisper of bitterness.
It’s a beer you’ll want to drink all day long, and thanks to the easy-going ABV, you totally can! Enjoy its bright malt profile and tropical nuances while you rake leaves, or after a snow-shoveling session. Sip a pint at the dinner table while your cousin tells endless stories about his rec-league Boggle team.
Really anytime you need something you can drink all day, just crack open a can of Laser Cats. If you get REALLY bored, you can always admire the can.
It’s freakin’ adorable.
