A Note on This Beer
Like biting into a ripe, juicy pear, Get a Pear Farmhouse Ale by Everybody’s Brewing elevates real pears in a balance of smooth, fruity, and floral. It’s unheard of to see pears in craft beer because the delicate flavors are hard to showcase -- but Everybody’s crafted the recipe specifically highlighting the fruit’s rustic juiciness.
Brewed with real pear juice, fermented with a new strain of Belgian Saison yeast, and malted with barley and flaked rice, this limited-release Spring seasonal emphasizes everything we love about pears, in crisp Farmhouse form.
Sparks of bright lemon and rose blossom from Centennial Hops enhance the pear’s fruity character.
Jarrylo Hops interplay with vanilla clove notes from the yeast to boost flavors of spicy citrus, freshly-cut grass, and a hint of plantain.
The light malt base allows the pear’s elegance to shine through for a clean mouthfeel (with a nod to the orange spice complexity of the best Saisons).
Everybody’s has a knack for using rare flavor ingredients, and this one-of-a-kind pear Farmhouse is the latest in the brewery’s experimental Tiny Tank Series. We don’t trust just anybody to master the pear, but you’ll soon taste the uniquely delicate and juicy reason we keep going back to Everybody’s.
