A Note on This Beer
Beach towel, check. Picnic basket, check. An icebox full of crisp, chilled Framboise Rose Gose from Anderson Valley -- oh honey, double check! I’ve got my sun hat and my flip flops on and I’m ready to Rosé all day in this blazing heat, baby!
Rose hips, raspberry puree, and a subtly tart and oh-so-quenching Gose base come together in brisk harmony for this spritzy summertime sipper. The brewery draws inspiration from their surrounding Anderson Valley wine region to make Framboise Rose a craft beer version of rosé -- only much more refreshing. You’re gonna need a bottomless glass of this bubbly pink little number while you wiggle your toes in the water.
Tangy and floral hibiscus-like rose hips combine with jammy-sweet raspberry puree for a breeze of fruity fun. The cracked wheat flavor of the Gose is smooth sailing, and the understated salinity in the finish prepares you for a billion more sips under the sun. At the end of a long, beautiful day at the beach, I couldn’t say it any simpler than UT user @Nathan G.: “Beer. Of. The. Summer!” Yasss, Nathan, slay that rosé!
