A Note on This Beer
Hops at Home: A New England-style IPA double dry-hopped with a healthy dose of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin Hops. 6 Feet of Flavor: Rife with bright, citrusy bursts of tangerines, it’s backed by hints of nectarines and subtle floral notes on the hop-zesty finish.
I’m taking a page from my preschool teacher’s book and keeping my hands to myself.
No more squeezing between strangers on the bus, no more dodging pedestrians on crowded sidewalks, and no more handshakes or hugs with people I barely know.
From here on out, an Elbow Bump IPA from 6 feet away is the only personal greeting I’ll be giving!
Mostly because, if someone gets close enough to catch a whiff of this Hazy’s nectarous, peach aromas, they might try to run off with it.
And, if they find out it came from Portland’s Ex Novo, they’ll want to steal it for sure. These glowing craft stars are fast on their way to powerhouse status!
They have two breweries in Oregon, and their popularity led them to open a third in New Mexico. And, they have a stack of shiny Best of Craft Beer and Oregon Beer Awards under their belts!
No doubt, there are people coo-coo enough to come “socially closer” to you to sneak a sip. So, it might be best to keep a stash of this juicy-fruity brew at home so you can toast your buddies on Zoom with a hearty, hazy Elbow Bump!
