A Note on This Beer
If it weren’t for Braxton Labs, I’d have to head to the nearest mall to get my fix of gooey, gourmet pastries from Cinnabon. They baked — er, brewed this Chocolate Cinnamon Roll with all the sticky, icing-coated flavors of a doughy cinnamon bun, topped with chocolate shavings!
For this confectionary Imperial Brown Ale, Braxton used specialty crystal and pale chocolate malts, creating lavish flavors of caramel and cocoa.
Then come additions of cinnamon and cacao nibs on top of a foundation of flaked oats and lactose. Every luscious sip is as soft and creamy as one of Cinnabon’s melt-in-your-mouth treats!
And, as UT fan @Matt M. rightly points out, “In the big leagues we call these versatile beers... [Chocolate Cinnamon Roll] goes with breakfast as much as a dinner dessert!”
For people like me, that means we can answer Cinnabon’s sweet siren call without having to visit a mall. You can get your absolute fill of ooey-gooey goodness when you score your very own stash of Chocolate Cinnamon Roll!

It is nice and refreshing. I would get it again, if given the chance.
Would have like the chocolate and cinnamon flavors to be bolder.
A total miss. Way too thin and watery, all I could taste was cinnamon and heavy alcohol.
a bit disappointing. it was not very strong in flavor
Cinnamon was the first flavor I could taste, cacao is lacking though. Reminds me more of a pumpkin spice flavor but overall very good beer.
tastes like a bad dr. pepper
Decent in flavors described, but O like more of a full body.
dessert in a can
just OK, pretty ordinary
Can’t taste the chocolate or cinnamon flavors at all. Its extremely bitter but that’s to be expected for an imperial stout. I wish it was sweeter and that I could taste the flavors more but it was alright.
Didn't much like this.
lighter in body than expected, but enjoyed the ample cinnamon and chocolate flavors. doesn’t drink like 8.8
Heavy on the cinnamon. Light in the chocolate.
Definitely get chocolate and cinnamon. It's a brown ale and not that high of ABV- but I appreciate it not tasting like pure syrup.
